- For traveling teams: IF your team is unable to make the mandatory check-in Friday night due to travel, you MUST email Kim Pierce at kim@serenosoccer.org by EOD Thursday Oct 13th to notify us. If you do so, we will make sure your team folder will be at the location of your first game.
Roster Documentation
Please make sure that you are prepared by obtaining the required documentation and necessary copies from your sanctioning organization. Important: Please make any necessary changes to your gotsoccer roster immediately as this will be used at your pre-game check-in.
All rosters must be updated by Tuesday October 11th by 8:00am as rosters will be printed for check in. Our tournament is sanctioned by both US Club Soccer and USYSA. For teams traveling inside Region lV playing on USYS passes, only your player passes and medical releases are needed (NO TRAVEL Paperwork). Outside of Region lV please follow your home state travel policy.
Documentation Check List:
If you are a member of US Club you will need to bring:
- US Club Soccer laminated player passes
- Signed US Club Soccer medical releases
- Emergency cell phone #’s for your team in case of rain, etc.
- Hotel information for teams that are traveling
If you are a member of USYSA you will need to bring:
- For out of state, non-Region IV teams: follow your home state travel policy
- Laminated state player passes
- Signed medical releases
- Emergency cell phone #’s for your team in case of rain, etc.
- Hotel information for teams that are traveling
