General Information
Please join us for the Sereno College Showcase on March 2-4, 2012 in sunny Phoenix!
College Showcase Games will be at the Reach 11 Sports Complex. Rose Mofford will be used if necessary.
Checkin & Credentials
Checkin: Teams must checkin!
The mandatory checkin for all teams will take place: Reach 11, Rose Mofford, and Sweetwater on Friday, March 2, 2012
Check-in will also be available on Thursday, March 1, 2012 from 11am to 2pm at the Sereno Office
Failure to register will result in automatic disqualification without a refund of tournament entry fee.
Important: We will be unable to check-in any teams at the fields on Saturday.
Credentials: Teams must provide the required credentials at the Mandatory Check in.
If you are a member of US Club you will need to bring:
- 1. US Club Soccer Tournament Roster (copy to be turned in)
- 2. US Club Soccer laminated player passes
- 3. Signed US Club Soccer medical releases
If you are a member of USYSA you will need to bring:
- 1. For teams outside of Region IV: approved travel papers from your State Association (copy to be turned in)
- 2. For teams oustisde of Region IV: approved travel roster from your State Association (copy to be turned in)
- 3. All teams must supply two copies of their gotsoccer roster at check-in
- 4. Signed guest player permission form, if applicable (copy to be turned in)
- 5. Laminated state player passes
- 6. Signed medical releases
All players on a team must play with the same type passes. There is no combining of US Club and USYSA passes allowed, including guest players.

Driving Directions for Reach 11 - take Loop 101 east or west to the North Cave Creek Road Exit (Exit 28), take Cave Creek Road north to Deer Valley Road - NOTE: the entrance is to the east of Cave Creek Rd - look for the sign at the entrance of the Complex. DO NOT turn west on Deer Valley Road.
