While most would distinguish the distinct differences between parenting and coaching it’s also necessary to highlight the similarities in their roles with players and the process of development. The overall success in player development is somewhat dependent upon educating and informing parents so that they support the coaching staff in the day to day programming which is so integral to this process.

The purpose of these two sections is to utilze resources which will augment and contribute to the information from the Sereno coaching staff delivered to Sereno players & parents.
